We established our boutique commercial/industrial/office/multi-family real estate company.  The partners are Dan W. Foster, Doug Borrett and M. Stan Okies.

Dan’s sales over the last few years include approximately $25,000,000.00 in office properties, $43,000,000.00 of industrial properties, $12,000,000.00 of retail properties and $3,000,000.00 in multi-family properties.

Associate commercial/industrial broker working through established relationships and listings for lease or sale.  Duties included but were not limited to assisting the Karam Company with leasing and sales of owned assets.

Associate retail/office broker representing both  landlords and tenants through national relationships.
